Sell prepaid access without losing stock
Batches are created in one place, printed or sent out, and every code is accounted for from issue to redemption. A voucher that never sold is still one you can find, cancel or reissue.

A batch you can account for
Vouchers go missing between the printer and the customer, and a code nobody can trace is a code you have to write off. Keeping the batch, the code and the payment on the same record removes the guesswork.
Batches, not loose codes
Every code belongs to a batch, so what was printed, what was sold and what is still out there can be counted.
Learn moreDelivered on payment
A voucher sold online is sent only once the payment settles, and the delivery is recorded on the voucher.
Learn moreBound to one device
The first device to use a code keeps it, which is what stops one night bundle from covering a whole building.
Learn moreHow it works
Four steps, and the system carries the paperwork between them rather than a person.
-
1. The batch is created
A package, a quantity and a prefix, with the codes generated and held as a single unit rather than a pile.
-
2. It goes out
Printed as a sheet for the counter, or left in the system to be sold online and delivered by message.
-
3. A code is sold
The code and the payment are tied together, so the batch count moves the moment the money does.
-
4. It is redeemed
Redemption writes the session limits for that device and closes the code out, leaving nothing to reconcile by hand.

Common questions
Can I cancel a batch that has not sold?
Yes. Codes that have never been redeemed can be cancelled together, and the batch records what happened to each one rather than being deleted.
What happens if a customer loses their code?
A batch can be searched by code, by package or by the payment behind it, so a lost code can be looked up or reissued without giving away someone else's.
Can agents sell from a batch I control?
Yes. A batch can be handed to an agent and still be reported on from the operator side, so you keep the count while they keep the stock.

Start with the network you already have. Add a router, publish what you sell, and let the payments and reconnections look after themselves.
